Consultation Procedure
During consultations we listen to your visa needs and circumstances. We refer to any pre-questionnaire we may have asked you to complete. Our standard consultation dedicates 45 minutes of our time for you. During this time our migration law advisor will listen to your what you wish to achieve, assess your eligibility, and provide the best pathway based on your circumstances. We provide suggestions to strengthen your application and the provide an overview of the next steps. You must understand that our advice can only be based on your honest goals and information you provide to us.

Online Harassment
Please note that Accredited Migration & Visa Advisory has zero tolerance for any form of disrespect, harassment, aggression, violence or discrimination. If any of these occur, our Migration Law Advisors and agents reserve the right to terminate the consultation immediately and no refunds will be issued.

Cancellations, Reschedules and Refunds
For any cancellations, please use the link in the appointment email and email us at admin@visasmigration.com.au to process your refund. All cancellations made up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be processed without a penalty and a refund issued. Please note that refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to an appointment will not be issued.
Rescheduling your appointment less than 24 hours notice prior to your appointment time, will incur a $50 admin fee charged. See cancellation defaults below.
The consultation fee is not deductible from future applications. If you do not wish to use our services but have further questions in the future, a second consultation will be required.
If you cannot make the appointment, you must cancel by email no later than 24 hours prior to your appointment.
If you cancel after this time, there is no refund issued. You can get in touch with us at admin@visasmigration.com.au and await reply. If no reply, contact us on 0437305640 immediately. Check your spam folders as well for our reply.
At times you may suffer unforseen circumstances regarding your need to cancel. We will consider your situation and if we accept your cancellation reason, we WILL provide a full refund LESS a $50 service fee. There may also be an instance where we may need to reschedule your appointment due to our default. In this instance you can either accept the reschedule or we will provide a full refund.
