Australian Visa Advice

Why us?

Our Founder and Principal Migration Advisor, Annie Weatherburn, has over 25 years of experience in working in complex overseas matters.
Continuing on from a career as a Ministerial and Policy Advisor for a major Commonwealth Government Department, her expertise and skills in deciphering Migration Law requirements for successful visa outcomes is highly regarded.

Visa applications can be complex.
You may be applying for simpler visas such as:

visitor visa; working holiday visa; student visa; family sponsored visa
or the more complex:

partner visa; employer sponsored visa; state or regional skilled visa; independent skilled visa; training visa; aged parent visa; remaining relative visa; and the list goes on - around 140+ visas!

While simple visas can be straightforward - in many instances, we have seen so many DIY applications refused due to silly mistakes!  Visas can be complex - rarely are visa applications straightforward as every visa is underpinned by Migration legislation and regulations.
Knowing the legislation and regulations can mean the difference between a successful or unsuccessful application.

  • A consultation with our Principal Advisor will dedicate 45 minutes to your migration needs, providing preliminary migration advice, guidance, information and direction for your next steps.  There is a fee for a migration law consultation as we are professionals, and we trust you respect this aspect.

Give yourself the best chance possible and discuss and engage with a professional.
"Think twice before attempting a DIY visa application - a refusal will not serve you well for any future visa application".  Chances are the advice will be 'wrong' and also "Do not rely on advice given by your friends or anyone not qualified or registered!"

Our best FREE advice right now for you however:

  • Ask yourself:  "Can I really afford not to seek professional advice and assistance - given that my next step could change the entire direction of my life?"

Our accredited Advisory professionals are registered with the 'Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority' (OMARA) and are bound by a Code of Conduct and provide a copy of the Consumers Guide to clients for peace of mind.   Our registered advisors have undertaken University study and multiple examinations in Migration Law and Practice and must undertake continued professional development to maintain accreditation.  You will be in good hands.
